Stay Acknowledgement & Terms of Service

Effective 2026-05-08. By using Slumbnb you agree to all terms below.

1. The Service

Slumbnb Hosting Group LLC ("Slumbnb", "we") operates a marketplace for short-term lodging. We are not a host, landlord, broker, insurer, recovery agent, or character witness.

2. Stay Acknowledgement

By clicking Confirm Reservation on any listing, you ("Guest") waive any and all claims, present or future, against Slumbnb, its parent organizations, subsidiaries, affiliates, listed Hosts, listed Hosts' associates, listed Hosts' parole officers, the property itself, the property's structural elements, the property's biological residents, and the surrounding biome.

3. Amenities & Warnings

"Amenities" listed in any property description are aspirational. "Warnings" listed in any property description are exhaustive only to the best of Host's recollection. "Self check-in" may indicate the absence of conventional check-in apparatus including but not limited to doors, walls, deeds.

4. Indemnification

Guest agrees to indemnify Slumbnb against all consequences of stay including but not limited to: medical, dental, legal, geopolitical, hauntological, and karmic. Guest waives the right to a trial by jury. Guest waives the right to a trial. Guest waives the right.

5. Disappearance

In the event Guest does not return from stay, Guest's next of kin will be notified by the Host at Host's discretion via the contact method specified at booking. Slumbnb will not facilitate any communication, recovery, or memorial.

6. Governing law

This Acknowledgement is governed by the laws of whichever jurisdiction is most favorable to Slumbnb at time of dispute.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance.
