Brenda cut the skylight herself and says the morning light that comes through is honestly stunning — like a loft in SoHo but with better ceiling height. The city technically classifies this unit as a closet, which is just a paperwork quirk that has no bearing on how livable it is. Twelve-foot ceilings feel very Manhattan and the plug strip along the wall means you have everything you need. She's very proud of this one and she thinks you'll love it.

The roll-up door does not seal at the bottom. Wind and a light rain entered on night two. The skylight is genuinely beautiful though, and Brenda was very responsive.
