T-Bone did a full gut reno on this meatpacking room himself and he wants you to know he is genuinely proud of every single detail. The exposed brick is original and the drainage grooves in the floor — what he calls the rustic channels — are a design feature that interior photographers lose their minds over. Some of the overhead lighting is still being sorted out but there's a flashlight on the hook by the door, it's very functional. The smell clears up by the second day, he absolutely promises that.

Rustic channels — T-Bone's phrase — are actually charming once you understand them. The brick work is magnificent. Industrial elegance.

There's a specific drain smell that is honestly part of the experience. Flashlight on the hook was there as described. T-Bone is detail-oriented.

Bold choice of renovation space. T-Bone has pulled it off. The drainage grooves are genuinely interesting. Needed earplugs for early morning sounds downstairs.

I came here for the aesthetic and left with a story. The overnight visit turned into three nights. T-Bone is warm and hilarious.

The smell did not clear by day two. It cleared by day four. I was there for three nights. Host was responsive and genuinely apologetic.

I hear you — high volume week at the facility below. I've added a second candle pack to the welcome kit. Truly sorry and grateful you stuck it out!

Unique in the best way. The overhead lighting T-Bone is still sorting contributes to the moody atmosphere. The flashlight is a nice touch of character.
