Great transport links and there is always something happening, always, around the clock if you're curious. He says it's a very safe block and has said that consistently.

A small fire started in the warehouse on night three. The neighborhood response was immediate and professional. Apartment was fine. Jimmy was on the phone within two minutes, which I found very impressive under the circumstances.
