Welcome to my favorite property! The cooling-tower hum is honestly so soothing — guests say it beats melatonin. Sunsets here have a gorgeous yellow glow you don't get anywhere else. The shanty has been in our family since 1986 and has never been condemned, despite multiple visits. Make yourself at home!

Dale rents out his late uncle's place, plus a few other charming structures within the exclusion zone. He believes everyone deserves a peaceful escape, and the cooling-tower hum will lull you right to sleep. Guests keep telling him the faint glow is honestly better than a night light.
