Deb loves this little A-frame and says the slightly uneven floors give it exactly the kind of old Florida charm that new-builds completely lack. The property has amazing drainage — water just kind of finds its own way somewhere, which Deb thinks is a feature rather than something to think about too hard. The backyard fire pit has never once fallen into the ground, which she considers a very good sign and brings up unprompted. Sunsets here are a personal ten out of ten and she will fight you on that.

The backyard developed a hole approximately four feet wide overnight. The house was fine. The hole was not the house. Deb was very responsive and cordoned it off within the hour.

The zone activity varies and I include that in the listing! The yard vents are a natural feature — they've never affected the structure. Cordoned and flagged for guests now. Thanks for being so calm about it!
